There’s no real logical reason behind it. Second, is the rng fixed? When I reset my day, the order of declined passport stayed the same. I think it’s better if you use rng order. There are a few bugs and some bad grammar in the game which I’m not sure if it is on purpose or if the developer just didn’t catch or translate well. It was 3 dollars well spent. Update: There was a bug that didn’t let you play the game. Contacted the programer they said they knew and gave 5000 coins for the inconvinence.
